Terms and Conditions:   All product information on this web site is based upon current manufacturer specifications and is presented here as an educational guide to our customers and is not intended itself as a product warranty or statement of claims. Size measurement variances can still exist for machine-made rugs and  all size specifications for handmade rugs are approximate.  Although every effort has been made to represent  true rug colors on this website, colors are best viewed with higher resolution images provided and may still vary due to end user computer settings.    On handmade rug items, all sizes may not be available at all times, and sizes displayed may sell out at any time.  Note that selection of  specific shipping company and method for free order delivery is at our sole discretion, and the "7 to 14 Day" delivery time mentioned is an estimated shipping duration which may vary depending shipment distances and agent used.    Free Shipping applies to delivery within the Continental United States only and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be arranged for an additional fee.  We currently do not  accept orders for delivery outside of the United States.  Web site content and  published prices may be subject to change on this site without prior notice, however once an item is ordered at a specific price, that price will be honored.   Our manufacturers use a product code numbering system that is different than the item number system used on this web site and this difference does not necessarily mean an incorrect item has been delivered.  Call DesignerFloor Customer Service at 1-888-360-RUGS, (which is 1-888-360-7847) if you have any questions about any item you receive.  Rug images, descriptive content and information used on this site is property of DesignerFloor Area Rugs and/or it's manufacturers and may not be republished without expressed permission.   Wisconsin Residents will be charged applicable State and County Sales Tax.   Note that we do not ship C.O.D., and personal checks and money orders are not accepted as form of payment but only Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express for all transactions.  By submitting this order with DesignerFloor Area Rugs, you are confirming you are authorized to use the Credit Card provided as form of payment and do authorize the purchase total.  Minors, (18 years or younger) need  parental consent to purchase any item or provide any information for DesignerFloor Area Rugs use.
