There are two ways to place your order at the DesignerFloor Area Rugs web site:
1) Safe and Secure Online Shopping Cart Ordering System
With our fully secured Online Shopping Cart Ordering System, simply go to the page on this web site that displays the individual area rug or rug accessory product you want to order and click the "Add To Cart" button located just to the right of the product price. Once you have finished adding all the products that you want purchase to your shopping cart, simply click the "Checkout Now" button and fill in all information we need to process your order and delivery your order. If you experience any difficulty using our online ordering system, you may telephone us Toll Free at 1-888-360-7847, 7 days a week between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm or send an email to service@designerfloor.com for immediate assistance. Our Secured Shopping Cart System is very easy to use, is completely safe and confidential* and is available for your shopping convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2) Personalized Phone Order Service
To place your order directly with a Customer Service Representative over the telephone, please call us Toll Free at 1-888-360-RUGS, (which is 1-888-360-7847). This service is available 7 days a week, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (Central Standard Time). While you are on the telephone speaking with our Customer Service representative, you can have all your questions immediately answered and place your order immediately at that time.
Payment Options:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and debit cards as payment for all area rug and rug accessory order transactions. We do not accept personal checks and money orders as a form of payment, and we do not ship C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery)
Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping On All Orders:
We currently provide "Free Shipping" on all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.A., (i.e.- the 48 states of the U.S. mainland.)
Shipping Methods:
Most commonly, we ship our area rug and rug accessory products using United Parcel Service Ground Service or U.S. Postal Services parcel delivery services. It should be noted that the selection of the specific shipping company used, shipping method used and delivery confirmation option for our "Free Shipping" service is at our sole discretion.
Estimated Delivery Times:
In most cases, any of products that you order should be delivered to your door within 7 to 14 days. Please understand that the "7 to 14 Day" duration mentioned here is an estimated shipping duration that does at times vary depending upon shipment transient distances for a particular order or the shipping method we use.
Additional Shipping Services:
If you wish to purchase faster and/or guaranteed shipping methods, please feel free to contact us by telephone, Toll Free at 1-888-360-7847, 7 days a week between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm or by sending an email to service@designerfloor.com so that we may provide you with a price quote for these additional shipping services. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may also be arranged for an additional shipping fee.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will automatically send you an e-mail stating the date your order was shipped, which delivery company was used, (i.e. - U.P.S., U.S. Postal Service, etc.) and the exact delivery Tracking Number which you can be use to track the progress of the shipment to your door. If you have any questions about the delivery status of your order, you may also e-mail us any time at service@designerfloor.com.
International Delivery:
We currently do not accept orders for delivery outside of the United States of America.
