Free Shipping & Merchandise Delivery

We ship our area rugs and other products to any street address location within the Continental United States at no charge to our customers, usually utilizing U.P.S. Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service package delivery. Note that selection of the specific delivery company, shipping method and confirmation option for our initial free delivery of area rugs and other products is at our sole discretion. The "Free Shipping" offered to our customers on this web sites does not include delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, but only includes delivery at no charge within the contiguous United States, (i.e.- 48 states on the mainland United States). Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii may be arranged for additional shipping and handling fees. The "7 to 14 Day" delivery time mentioned on our web site is an estimated shipping duration which can vary depending shipment transit distances and shipping agent used. Return Policy & Money Back Guarantee

You may return any unsoiled and undamaged hand-made or machine-made rug purchased from DesignerFloor Area Rugs, that you are not satisfied with for any reason, within 15 days from date received for a refund of the purchase price minus our initial shipping and handling expense. All returns are subject to deduction of the actual shipping and handling costs we initially invested in order to provide "free delivery" to the customer.
