Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee

     You may return any unsoiled and undamaged hand-made or machine-made rug purchased from DesignerFloor Area Rugs, that you are not satisfied with for any reason, within 15 days from Date Received for a Refund of the Purchase Price Less our Initial Shipping and Handling Expense.

     All returns are subject to deduction of the actual shipping and handling costs initially invested in order to provide "free delivery" to the customer.    Return shipping cost back to DesignerFloor Area Rugs is the responsibility of the customer, whether initial delivery is refused or not.

Return Procedure:

1)

Call Customer Service Toll Free at 1-888-360-RUGS, (which is 1-888-360-7847), or to send an email to service@designerfloor.com. within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the delivery date and explain the reason for your return.  The DesignerFloor representative will provide all the information you need to order to return the merchandise.  No Rug Return will be accepted without this prior notification and approval.

2)

Properly  package the rug per our representative's instructions and ship the rug to the address specified.    All approved rug returns must be shipped back within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date DesignerFloor Area Rugs is first notified of the return.   Please note that returned merchandise is not accepted at the Office Address listed on this Web Site, but at a special Warehouse Address which the DesignerFloor representative will provide.

3)

Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of it as unsoiled and undamaged, and of payment being made, DesignerFloor Area Rugs will refund of the Total Dollar Value Paid for the item(s), less the shipping and handling expense paid  to provide the initial "Free Delivery" to the customer, including initial credit card processing fees.  This refund will be credited to the customer's credit card within 10 (ten) business days of the Return being received.

            We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return which is damaged, soiled or returned without regard for this Return Policy.  We do not refund shipping costs of the return shipping back to DesignerFloor Area Rugs, except in the rare case the customer actually received an item with a manufacturer defect or received an item not actually ordered.   Any such exception must be authorized prior to return and confirmed upon our receipt of returned item.  DesignerFloor does guarantee all our machine-loomed rugs to be new and free from factory defect at the time it was shipped to the customer and guarantees hand-made products to be as represented on our website to the best of our ability.  Please note that  "undamaged and unsoiled" is defined as "in the same condition the merchandise was in when initially shipped to the customer".
