The EcoNet rug pad is for use over laminated wood, wood, tile and other hard flooring and provides the same non-skid properties as other premium rug pads. Constructed with an open grid design, the EcoNet rug pad lets your area rug breathe, eases vacuuming, and protects your floors and area rugs.
