All area rugs in our Southwestern Collection are imported from Belgium, are single-ply polypropylene synthetic Premium and Zone brand area rugs, machine woven with a pile thickness of approximately 1/8 to 3/16 of inch.  (Please note that although our Southwestern Collection rugs beautifully represent patterns and colors in an American Indian style, these area rugs are not manufactured by hand, nor do we claim they are manufactured by American Indian tribes or individuals.)

     (Important Note:  Due to the high demand for rugs in the Southwestern Collection, we must at times, obtain inventory from several different manufacturers to meet this demand and we can not always guarantee exact color matches between sizes for the same item.  Where this becomes an issue, we always consult with the customer by phone or email before continuing to process the order and do our best to fulfill the customer's needs.  For this reason and due to computer monitor and computer settings, although we have made every effort to provide you with the truest color representations possible, these can still vary slightly from actual product.)  

    Rug Fringe:  All Southwestern Collection rugs come with white fringe approximately 2 inches in length along both end edges which span the width of the rug, unless otherwise noted on individual product pages.  This fringe is made of cotton and/or polypropylene synthetic material.   All size measurements specified below and on this web site do not include this additional fringe material.  In the Southwestern Collections this fringe material is part of the rug construction and is not intended to be removed. 

    Care and Cleaning:  These very durable rugs are very easy to clean and wash.   Normal care only requires you vacuum regularly and spot clean by blotting stains and using mild detergent and water.  In order to clean the entire rug, you can have the rug professionally cleaned or simply steam clean and/or shampoo yourself by properly following steam clean/shampoo equipment and cleaner solution instructions..  With these synthetic area rugs colors will not fade and each will easily accept Scotch Guarding for additional stain protection.

     Size Specifications:  Size Descriptions provided for the Southwestern Rug Collection are per manufacturer's specifications utilizing U.S. Customary measurements in feet and inches.  All rugs and size categories are rectangular shaped unless otherwise specified.  The table below provides additional size measurement information in "total inches" for your convenience.  Please note that all size information below is presented here as only a guide to assist our customers and measurement variances can still exist in the manufacturing process.
